On the Corner
A programme of original and insightful workshops and courses for writers at every level of their practice. A welcoming, relaxed space to read contemporary and traditional poetry, write under timed exercises, and share work in a supportive environment. Guest facilitators to be announced.
These sessions offer critical engagement, time to dedicate to your work and a safe space to learn. Themes aim to respond to modern social and political contexts.
Workshops are pay-as-you-feel and have been created to build as a programme but can also be attended on a drop-in basis. Please purchase a ticket before attending and let the organiser know if you can no longer make it. This supports planning.
All participants are invited to read their work at our bi-anual On the Corner poetry night. The next will be in February.
